Spiralizer
Push the ingredient onto the centre circle to secure. While holding the Spiral Container with one hand, grip, the food ingredient vertically with the other hand and simultaneously, push down and rotate over the blades in a clockwise direction to create spirals.

Slicing and Grating
To use the slicer or grater, first attach the lid onto the bowl ensuring that the lid is attached properly over the lip on the edge of the bowl. Attach slicing and grating cover to the lid, insert the desired attachment into the cover. Use the safety holder for slicing or grating when pieces get too small so as not to injure your hands.,
