1. Refunds: 1.1. We offer refunds for eligible items within [90] days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. 1.2. If the item has noticeable faults or defects, they will be clearly listed in the product description, and the unit will be sold in an "as is" condition. Refunds will not be issued for items listed with known faults or defects. 1.3. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. Please do your due diligence as restocking fee's (20% of the original purchase price) may apply.
2. Warranty: 2.1. All units sold come with a standard 3 Month "return to base" warranty from the date of purchase. 2.2. The "return to base" warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, we will repair or replace the item as deemed appropriate. 2.3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any alterations or modifications made to the product. 2.4. If the item is returned under warranty, the shipping costs for sending the item to us will be covered by the customer. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.
3. Due Diligence: 3.1. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase. 3.2. Please be aware of the item's condition, including any listed faults or defects, as indicated in the product description.
