Electrics are working but adapter is faulty - included to show information required for replacement, replacement must match original. Pieces have not been repacked but instructions include a diagram for doing this.

Due to the size of this item, it can not be sent by standard courier, so would need to be shipped by oversized courier or collected from our Dairy Flat warehouse during business hours.
